I managed 5 sessions at work this week, over four days. It looks like a 3 hour session is the longest I can manage in one go. The idea that the day has two potential work sessions in the morning and afternoon has merit. I am mentally fit, and I pronounce myself officially back at work part time.

WOOHOO!

Physically, well, ouchies, but you can't have everything.
